(a) The Common Council by proper ordinance shall have the authority to establish stop and yield intersections.
(b) Vehicular traffic stops should be and the same are hereby established at the intersections set forth in Schedule A, entitled “Stop and Yield Intersections,” as codified in City Code Section 8-120.
