(a) For the road construction projects listed below, the speed limit shall be designated as:
(1) Keystone Parkway and 96th Street Project – 40 m.p.h. until December 1, 2020.
(2) Reserved.
(3) Reserved.
(b) The Carmel Street Department shall post appropriate signs or markings on the above described public streets clearly indicating thereon the altered speed limits.
(c) (1) The judgment for a person's first violation of this section shall be at least $300;
(2) The judgment for a person's second violation of this section within the same three- year period shall be at least $500;
(3) Reserved for future use.
