(a) No person shall drive a motor vehicle in excess of 45 miles per hour on the following streets:
(1) Shelborne Road from 116th Street to 146th Street.
(2) Towne Road from 136th Street to 146th Street.
(3) 141st Street from Little Eagle Creek Road to Towne Road.
(4) Ditch Road from 146th Street to 141st Street.
(5) Reserved.
(b) The Carmel Street Department shall post appropriate signs and markings on the above described public streets clearly indicating thereon the altered speed limits.
