§ 7-80 Notice and Miscellaneous Provisions.

   (a)   In the event any Court of competent jurisdiction declares any portion of this article to be unenforceable, the remaining portions of this article shall remain in full force and effect so long as the intent of this article may be fulfilled.

   (b)   For purposes of notification of the Carmel Utilities, the following address shall be used unless otherwise directed by the utility’s management:
