(a) No well of any type, or for any reason, shall be cross-connected to the City water supply. No well shall be connected to any City water main, or pipes in buildings that are connected to the City water supply.
(b) Geothermal well connections that are approved by Carmel Utilities may be connected to buildings served by the City public water supply.
(c) There shall not be any interconnection of the well to any plumbing that is connected to the City water supply.
