§ 7-71 Inspection Request Procedures.
   All inspection requests shall be in writing to Carmel Utilities at least 24 hours prior to the inspection taking place and include the following information:
   (a)   Address of property, lot number, phone number;
   (b)   Land owners name, address, telephone number;
   (c)   Well driller’s name, address, phone number; and
   (d)   Date and time the inspection is requested.
