§ 7-70 Two Well Inspections Required.
   (a)   All wells are required to have two inspections:
      (1)   During the grouting procedure; and
      (2)   A final inspection made after all appurtenances are installed and just prior to placing the well in service.
   (b)   No well shall be placed in service prior to passing final inspection.
