§ 7-62 Well Site Approval Required.
   Within a reasonable time after an application is presented to Carmel Utilities, but before drilling is started, the owner, or his agent shall request well site approval from Carmel Utilities. The owner or his agent shall make this request on a form provided by Carmel Utilities.
