(a) Each business or person registering a business shall retain a copy of the specifications and regulations of Carmel Utilities regarding well drilling, and shall comply with those standards and specifications.
(b) Each business person shall fill out a registration information form provided by Carmel Utilities.
(c) Each business person shall obtain from Carmel Utilities a permit, which shall be valid for one year, from date of issue, unless otherwise revoked.
(d) All wells must comply with the City's specifications as revised from time-to-time and be inspected and certified by Carmel Utilities, prior to being placed into service.
