§ 7-50 Application of Article.
   This article shall apply to all persons, corporations, partnerships, and other entities which drill wells, are engaged in business of drilling wells, are the owners of wells which have been or will be drilled in the City's, or maintain wells drilled within the municipal corporate boundaries.
