§ 7-23 Right of Appeal.
   All persons shall have the right to appeal the decision of the Director of the Department of Community Services, first through the Carmel Board of Public Works and Safety and then to the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission of Indiana in accordance with the provisions of I.C., 22-13-2-7 and I.C. 4-21.5-3-7.
