§ 7-18 Proper Credentials for Entry.
   Upon presentation of proper credentials, the Director of the Department of Community Services, the Chief of the Carmel Fire Department, or their duly authorized representatives may enter at reasonable times any building, structure or premises in the City, or the Township, to perform any duty imposed upon them by this Code.
