(a) After the issuance of any building permit, the Director of the Department of Community Services shall make, or shall cause to be made, inspections of the work being done as are necessary to insure full compliance with the provisions of this Code and the terms of the permit. Reinspections of work found to be incomplete, not ready for inspection, or deficient according to this Code are subject to assessment of reinspection fees as prescribed in the Administration section of Chapter 10 of the City Code.
(b) A building permit shall be considered in violation of this Code unless all required reinspections are scheduled by the builder or his designated agent within 30 days from the date of issuance of a correction notice or temporary certificate of occupancy.
