§ 7-10 Expiration of Permit.
   (a)   Residential and commercial construction within the scope of the building permit issued by the Director must commence within 180 days of the date of issuance of same.    (b)   Single-family dwellings, additions, and remodels for single-family dwellings must be completed and a certificate of occupancy issued within 18 months of the issuance date of the permit or applicant must show in writing good reason to extend this time limit.
   (c)   Limits of permits for Commercial Class I structures are subject to the General Administrative Rules of the State of Indiana.
