§ 6-179 Effective Date.
   This Article shall be in full force and effect 30 days from and after its passage. However, operations in existence on the effective date shall be granted 60 days from the effective date to file an application under this Article, unless an extension is approved by the Administrator. Such approval can only be granted if a presubmission meeting was held, upon request by the applicant, within 30 days after the effective date.
