§ 6-155 Disposal of Dangerous and Toxic Materials.

   Any and all collected trash, garbage and/or refuse containing potentially dangerous and toxic materials must be in an enclosed container or in a container that does not provide easy access to children or animals when such trash, garbage, dangerous and toxic materials or refuse is placed for trash pickup.
