§ 6-133 Exemption.
   If an animal is ruled to be a vicious animal under and solely on account of that definition in § 6-130 of this Code, such ruling shall become null and void as of the date on which the Owner of such animal fully complies with all applicable Federal and/or State laws concerning the licensing of such animal.
