§ 6-59 Display of Goods for Sale on Public Property Prohibited.
   No person shall use any street, sidewalk or other public place for the display or sale of goods or merchandise, or write or affix any signs or advertisements on any pavement. All persons must comply with the provisions of § 4-26 regarding licensing.
