§ 6-30 Authority at Fires.
   Each of the chiefs shall, while on duty at any fire in the City, have all the power of a police officer during the continuance of the fire, to suppress disturbances and to arrest any person who may commit any breach of the peace or any depredation or injury to the property of another or who shall refuse to obey any order or direction lawfully given by the Fire Chief.
