(a) The minimum requirements of I.C., 36-1-21, as the same may be amended from time to time, shall be the City's policy regarding contracting with the City by relatives of elected City officials, and the same is hereby incorporated herein by this reference.
(b) Any elected official who fails to comply with this policy may be subject to such actions as are allowed by law.
(c) The City reserves the right to adopt by ordinance additional requirements regarding the subject matter of this section.
