§ 9-226 Opt-Out of Service Termination.
   Effective 2016, no individual resident (or home owner’s association on behalf of its residents) may opt-out of the City’s solid waste collection or recycling service. As of January 1, 2017, all individuals currently under the City’s opt-out program shall utilize the City’s solid waste collection and recycling services.
