(a) The Fire Department is authorized to accept payments for its ambulance and related services by credit card under and pursuant to procedures set forth in I.C. 36-1-8-11, as the same may be amended from time to time.
(b) If there is a charge to the Fire Department for the use of a credit card to make such payments, the Fire Department may collect a sum equal to the amount of the charge from the person using the credit card.
(c) The Fire Department shall apply the same uniform procedures for all payments made by credit card.
