§ 2-139 Non-Reverting Solid Waste Operating Transfer Fund (Fund 699).
   There is established a Non-reverting Solid Waste Operating Transfer Fund (Fund #699) to be used exclusively for the:
   (a)   Collection of solid waste customer fees for the City of Carmel's Solid Waste program, and
   (b)   Payment to the City's solid waste contractor per the contractual agreement with the City of Carmel.
