§ 2-138 The Center for the Performing Arts, Inc. Fund (Fund 500).
   (a)   There is established "The Center for the Performing Arts, Inc. Fund (#500).
   (b)   The Fund shall be administered by the fiscal officer of the City.
   (c)   The Council shall, upon the request by the Mayor and President and CEO of the Center, appropriate with a majority vote the necessary funding for The Center for the Performing Arts, Inc.
   (d)   The President Pro Tempore of the Council shall account, by separate line item, for the receipt and disbursement of all sums to and from the Fund.
