Prior to, or contemporaneously with, submitting a resolution to the Council requesting the designation of an Economic Revitalization Area pursuant to I.C., 6-1.1-12.1, a petitioner seeking economic development incentives shall submit to the City Clerk all information necessary to perform an Economic Impact Analysis using the City’s Economic Impact Analysis Tool. The City Clerk will keep a copy of the City’s Economic Impact Analysis Tool, as it may be amended by the Common Council from time to time, on file and open to public inspection.
