A person who is employed full-time by the Department of Community Services in a position in which he makes or supervises the making of inspections to determine compliance with the building standards of the State of Indiana and the City qualifies for a license issued under this subsection as an inspector. Such person shall not use said license as any type of contractor other than with respect to employment by the City. Licensure under the terms of this section terminates by operation of law when the person is no longer employed by the Department of Community Services for the City.
