§ 2-133 Non-Reverting Worker Compensation Self-Insurance Fund (Fund 302).
   There is established a separate and distinct City "Non-Reverting Worker Compensation Self-Insurance Fund," which shall be used for the purpose of paying the costs of worker compensation claims for City of Carmel employees only. This fund shall be administered by the fiscal officer of the City.
