§ 4-45 Review of License Application by the Board of Public Works and Safety.
   To obtain a license, the applicant shall demonstrate to the Board of Public Works and Safety at a public meeting that the applicant and its employees are qualified by training, experience, and financial condition to operate a taxicab or limousine service within the city.
