§ 4-41 Consumer Complaints; Hearing.
   Pursuant to I.C. 36-4-5-5, the Mayor shall have the power to hear complaints against any holder of a taxicab or limousine license. Complaints shall be in writing and filed with the Controller, who shall forward the same to the Mayor for action. Proceedings under this section shall thereafter be conducted in accordance with I.C. 36-4-5-5.
