(a) The City shall adopt a nepotism policy that meets or exceeds the minimum requirements of I.C., 36-1-20.2, as the same may be amended from time to time, which is incorporated herein by this reference.
(b) Any City employee who fails to comply with this policy may be subject to discipline, up to and including termination and/or other curative action. Any elected official who fails to comply with this policy may be subject to such actions are as allowed by law.
(c) The City reserves the right to adopt by ordinance additional requirements regarding the subject matter of this section.
