(a) The Police Department shall charge the following fees, which fees shall not exceed the fees allowed by state law.
(1) Fingerprinting Service: $10 for the first two fingerprint cards, and $5 for each additional fingerprint card.
(2) Fingerprinting Service for employees of the City required for employment: no charge
(b) All funds received by the Police Department pursuant to this section shall be delivered to the Controller’s office for deposit and credit to the appropriate Department account.
(c) Residents of the City shall not be subject to the fees provided for in this section, and shall receive the referenced fingerprinting services free of charge.
