§ 2-118 Promotional Fund for the Office of the Mayor.
   (a)   A City Office of the Mayor Promotional Fund is established.

   (b)   The sum of $7,500 shall be allocated to said fund, unless the Council, by resolution, shall otherwise amend said sum.
