§ 2-113 Motor Vehicle Highway Fund (MVH) (Fund 201).
   (a)   The Motor Vehicle Highway Fund is established for the purpose of receiving applicable state funds and for expenditures permitted by statute.
   (b)   The funds may be expended for construction and maintenance of streets and alleys and other approved uses set forth in I.C., 8-14-1-5.
