(a) The Water Operating Fund (601), the Water Bond and Interest Fund (605), the water sinking fund (606), the Water Depreciation Fund (604), and the Water Meter Deposit Fund (602) have been established for purposes set forth in relevant statute and regulation.
(b) The Water Facilities and Main Fund is hereby separated into two funds: Water Connection-Facilities (609); and Water Availability-Mains (610).
