§ 2-98 Local Road and Street Fund (LRS) (Fund 202).
   (a)   Local Road and Street Fund (LRS) is established for the purpose of receiving applicable state funds and for expenditures permitted by statute.
   (b)   Distributions may be expended for purposes listed in I.C., 8-14-2-5.
