§ 2-94 Law Enforcement Aid IV Fund (Fund 911).
   (a)   The Clerk-Treasurer of the City is directed to establish a fund denominated Law Enforcement Aid IV Fund #911 for the purpose of receiving 1994 grant monies.
   (b)   Said fund shall be funded by contributions from various granting agencies, including the City, and that all balances from previous grants be deposited into said new fund.
