(a) The City, and all City contractors and their subcontractors, shall comply with all existing laws of the United States, the State of Indiana and the City of Carmel prohibiting the discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment or contract work with respect to recruiting, training, promotion, compensation, benefits, discipline, termination and all other terms, conditions or privileges of employment or any matter directly or indirectly related to employment or contracting because of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, sexual orientation or gender identity.
