10-3-25: SEWER REVENUE SYSTEM:
The board shall be responsible for the fiscal operations of the Carlin municipal sewer system. The sewer revenue system shall consist of two (2) separate and discrete programs: the capitalization fund and the user charge system. (Ord. 168, 7-8-1992)
