This chapter shall be known as the plumbing code of the city of Carlin, hereinafter "code", including the adoption of the 2018 edition of the uniform plumbing code (“UPC First Print”), chapters 1 through 17, and, with appendices A, B, D, E, I, and L and necessary administrative provisions.
Section(s) of the uniform plumbing code and/or appendices may be adopted, added, or deleted, in whole or in part, by resolution. (Ord. 212, 2-22-2006; amd. Ord. 248, 12-3-2019)
