10-3-4: MATTER EXCLUDED FROM STORM DRAINS:
In addition to the matter excluded heretofore, all other matter of any nature shall be excluded from those parts of the sewer system designated by the director as storm sewers, excepting only surface drainage waters. All drainage waters shall be directed into storm sewers only under the authorization and direction of the director. (Ord. 168, 7-8-1992)
