10-2-11: VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES:
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (B)   Each person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during which any portion or part of this chapter is violated. (Ord. 175, 10-13-1993)
