9-4-33: INCONSISTENT AGREEMENTS:

The provisions of this code shall take precedence over any terms or conditions of agreements or contracts between the city and users (including industrial users, special districts, other municipalities, or federal agencies or installations). (Ord. 219, 10-11-2006)
