9-4-27: CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT SERVICE CHARGE:

Monthly water system service charges shall contain a capital improvement service charge. Capital improvement service charges shall be set by resolution by the board and shall be expressed in dollars per water unit per month. All monies generated by capital improvement service charges shall be placed in the water fund and shall be designated for use by the board by resolution. (Ord. 219, 10-11-2006)
