9-4-26: CONNECTION CHARGE:

The charge for connecting into the water main and installing the water service lateral to the property line. Connection charges shall be set by resolution by the board. This charge shall be levied only on new installations which are installed by city forces. (Ord. 219, 10-11-2006)
