Owners of plots already used will be allowed to keep improvements presently there, but hereafter said plots will be governed by the terms of this chapter. Owners of plots now occupied can subscribe to the perpetual care service offered by the city upon payment of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per plot, upon such terms as the city shall determine.
