7-1-3: SALE UNLAWFUL:

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale, barter or give away any fireworks, firecrackers, Roman candles, skyrockets or other pyrotechnical displays of any name or nature within the city limits. (Ord. 39, 10-6-1952)
