The board of council members may approve, suspend, revoke, or deny a permit sought under this chapter as provided in Nevada Revised Statutes 574.360 to 575.440, inclusive, to the extent those provisions may be made to apply to breeders in the city. (Ord. 236, 8-14-2013)
