6-4-2: PERMIT FEE:

The permit fee for the annual commercial breeders permit will be set by resolution of the board of council members of the city of Carlin. The fee should not exceed the approximate cost of providing the service associated with the issuance of the annual permits. (Ord. 236, 8-14-2013)
