6-1-18: USE OF FALSE IDENTIFICATION CARDS BY PERSONS UNDER TWENTY ONE YEARS FOR GAMBLING OR OBTAINING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:
It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to use any form of false identification, or to use the identification of a person other than himself, for the purpose of entering or remaining in a gambling establishment or for the purpose of obtaining alcoholic liquor or entering or remaining in a place where alcoholic liquor is served for consumption on the premises.
