1-11-2: APPOINTMENT AND AUTHORITY OF HEARING OFFICER:
   (A)   The city council will periodically appoint a hearing officer or a panel of hearing officers from recommendations made by the city manager.
   (B)   If the hearing officer determines that the action taken was a reprisal or retaliatory action, the hearing officer may issue an order directing the proper person to desist and refrain from engaging in such action. (Ord. 230, 5-27-2009)
